 o learn\, self empowering exercises&nbsp\;for bringing your emotions and b
 ody into balance.&nbsp\;These&nbsp\;varied exercises can be lifting and en
 ergizing or calming and sedating so you can tailor your daily practice to 
 what is needed in the moment. When practiced regularly with conscious brea
 thing and mindful awareness\,&nbsp\;qigong&nbsp\;stimulates the body&rsquo
 \;s inherent healing energy and fosters its healthful flow throughout the 
 body.</p>\n<p>Join us for a four part series with Rebecca Ness\, LAc to le
 arn more about&nbsp\;using this practice and incorporating it into your li

 strong>Instructor Bio</strong></p>\n<p>Rebecca&nbsp\;Ness\, LAc\, OM is th
 e owner of Monarch Acupuncture &amp\; Herbs in Bexley\, Ohio.&nbsp\;Rebecc
 a&nbsp\;integrates many healing modalities including acupuncture\, herbs\,
  moxibustion\, cupping\, Shiatsu massage\, Qigong\, nutritional counseling
  and supplements.&nbsp\;Rebecca&nbsp\;received her&nbsp\;MS in Chinese med
 icine from The&nbsp\;American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine&nbsp
 \;in San Francisco\, California and completed a seven year internship with
  Dr. Robert Johns in Berkeley\, California. She is licensed by the State o
 f&nbsp\;Ohio as well as California and holds a&nbsp\;national diplomate st
 atus&nbsp\;in East Asian medicine.&nbsp\;Rebecca&nbsp\;doesn&rsquo\;t trea
 t symptoms\, she treats people. Listening to her patients is the most impo
 rtant tool she uses in her acupuncture practice.&nbsp\;Rebecca&nbsp\;offer
 s consistent\, nurturing\, attentive care in her quest to help patients fi
 nd balance and whole health in their bodies and minds. She believes that h
 elping individuals to feel healthy\, both mentally and physically\, suppor
