 t! Build a Crankie Contraption and tell an illustrated story with a screen
 -based machine. You will assemble the folding frame\, illustrate a story\,
  and roll out the narrative sequence on the paper scroll screen.</p>\n<p>T
 his program is part of the 9th Annual Maryland STEM Festival. The activity
  is for children ages 5 years old and up. Children under 8 years of age mu
 st be accompanied by an adult.</p>\n<p>Library Program Attendance (both vi
 rtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested a
 ge range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age 
 of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended 
 for children must have an accompanying child.</p>\n<p>Generously sponsored
