 or in the Department of Near Eastern and South Asian Languages and Culture
 s at The Ohio State University\, will co-facilitate the book discussion to
  provide cultural and historical contexts for these stories translated fro
 m Yiddish.</p>\n<p><strong>Registration is required\; those who are regist
 ered for the reading group will receive a copy of <em>In the Land of the P
 ostscript&nbsp\;</em>to read and return to the library after the book disc
 ussion.</strong></p>\n<p><br />About the reading group:</p>\n<p>The Yiddis
 h Book Center&rsquo\;s &ldquo\;Stories of Exile&rdquo\; Reading Groups for
  Public Libraries is a reading and discussion program to engage teens and 
 adults in thinking about experiences of displacement\, migration\, and dia
 spora. In this program\, librarians organize reading groups to discuss thr
 ee books of Yiddish literature in translation\, and one book related to th
 e experience of a community served by their library. The Yiddish Book Cent
 er&rsquo\;s &ldquo\;Stories of Exile&rdquo\; Reading Groups for Public Lib
