The Memory Café\; is a social gather ing for individuals living with dementia and their care partners. It's a p lace to have fun\, share experiences and stay socially connected. This program is not a form of respite care or a support group. Eac h participant experiencing dementia must be accompanied by a personal care partner during the program. Care partners are expected to participate.
