 bition Opening and Juror Talk. This event is part of the Atlanta Celebrate
 s Photography Festival. This year\, we will have a stunning installation o
 f local and international photographs displayed throughout our Duluth bran
 ch starting <em>Saturday\, October 14\, 2023\,&nbsp\;</em>and ending <em>F
 riday\, November 17th\, 2023.</em></p>\n<p>This year's theme is "Altered\,
 " and during the summer\, we invited submissions that explored eccentric\,
  changed\, and unique perspectives through photography. This year's entrie
 s are juried by Stephanie Dowda DeMer\, an Atlanta-based photographer\, ex
 perimental media artist\, and Professor of Photography and Video at Wesley
 an College.</p>\n<p>Additional exhibitions featuring local artists only wi
 ll be displayed at our Grayson and Norcross Branches. This year's virtual

  are your community makerspaces. If you are a videographer\, graphic desig
 ner\, creative professional\, hobbyist\, or artist\, the Learning Labs hav
 e the software and equipment to turn your vision into reality.</p>\n<p>Pro
 grams and events are free and open to the public. Access to the Learning L
 abs is free with a GCPL library card. Out-of-county patrons can purchase a
