DESCRIPTION:The Olney Writer's Group provides a regular forum for the pres
 entation\, review\, and critique of works in progress. All styles of writi

 o are in various stages of their projects (representing different genres).
  They meet twice/month\, usually the 2nd &amp\; 4th Thursdays. <em>Note: F
 or November and December\, the group will be on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays 
 to avoid the holidays.</em></p>\n<p>At each session\, members offer praise
  and constructive critique. In the two weeks prior to each meeting\, they 
 review two authors' work\, up to 10-12 pages double-spaced\, then discuss 
 them at the next session. The group also shares resources\, exchanges idea
 s\, and holds literary events to present their work publicly.</p>\n<p><spa
 n style="color: #000000\;"><strong>Registration is required.</strong> Regi
 strants will be emailed a link to access the meeting before the event. Ple
 ase register for <strong>one session only</strong>\; once you join the gro
 up\, subsequent notifications will be sent directly to your email.</span><
