\nZumba incorporates easy-to-follow Zumba cho reography that focuses on range of motion and coordination. This class is appropriate for all levels--Laurie will demonstrate everything for both st anding or seated participation. Participating while seated is perfect for active\, older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recr eates the original moves at a lower intensity. You may also do the class s tanding\, if you prefer. The pilates portion of class incorporates breathi ng\, stretching and strengthening for the whole body!
\nRegistration is required. If signing up for virtual\, a link to the Zoom meeting will be included in your confirmation email (sent after you register) and a rem inder email (sent one day prior to the program). If you do not receive the emails\, please call the library. The 'meeting room' will open 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the program.
