  are from different cultural groups and how everyone's story is different.
  The speakers have experienced prejudice\, social exclusion or stigma. The
  best way for Canadians to build a better future for all is to understand 
 and appreciate everyone&rsquo\;s experiences.</p>\n<p>In this last session
  of this series we are partnering with Indy Batth (she/her/hers) of ikb Co
 aching &amp\; Consulting to learn more about authentic allyship. Anyone co
 ping with the burden of racism needs allies. But what does it really mean 
 to be an authentic ally? This is an important question for everyone to con
 sider\, especially those in leadership roles. Embodying equity informed sk
 ills will change how you show up and impact those around you - individuals
 \, groups\, teams\, organizations and beyond. In this workshop\, we focus 
 on the inner work required to build equity informed allyship.</p>\n<p>Regi
 stration is recommended for each session\, but drop-ins are welcome.&nbsp\
