The Reading for Change \;book club wil l explore Race and Ethnicity Equity and Inclusion (REEI) and the impact of inequity on individuals in our society. In conjunction with the Fairfield County Juvenile Court\, we will expand our \;knowledge of \;syste mic racism \;and intersectional \;social justice \;issues\, ex amine \;how we uphold these systems of inequity\, and identify steps w e can take to combat inequities. We hope to provide an inclusive space to explore meaningful change. We will spend \;two or \;three months&n bsp\;discussing one \;title so \;that we \;have time \;to unpack \;the topics \;in the \;book.

Eighteen-year-old Daunis Fontaine has never quite fit in\, both in her hometown and on the nearby Ojibwe res ervation.
