Someone who can sew straight and c urved seams while keeping a consistent seam allowance\, can thread a stand ard machine and wind a bobbin\, has a basic understanding of different fab ric types and has completed several projects.
Intermediate\n Someone who is comfortabl e with working and threading sewing machines\, sewing patterns with markin gs and notations\, has an understanding of fabric types and interfacing\, and has experience with using a variety of tools\, notions\, and presser f eet.
Advanced Someone who is comfortable with working and threading both sewing mach ines and sergers\, sewing patterns with markings and notations\, has an un derstanding of both woven and knit fabric types and interfacing\, and has experience using a wide variety of tools\, notions\, and presser feet.
