Managing your Health Conditions can be str essful and challenging. The Atlanta Regional Commission has a series of pr ograms that are proven and tested to help with that! Our Aging Well Worksh ops will give you the tools you need to stay in control and keep your heal th a priority. \;This highly interactive\, small group class will meet weekly for six weeks for 2.5 hours\, and will teach you how to balance ac tivity and rest\, embrace healthy eating\, manage stress\, increase confid ence in talking about your health condition(s) with family and friends\, a nd so much more. It is at no cost to you as a participant and includes a r esource book that helps to guide you during the workshop and beyond.
