 \, Maryland\, a graphic designer\, and a recent paralegal graduate student
  from George Washington University. Troi is a certified American Board Ass
 ociation paralegal. From 2019 to 2021\, while obtaining her master&rsquo\;
 s degree at George Washington University\, Troi researched Missing Murdere
 d Indigenous Women under Professor Lisa Leibow and Professor Elizabeth Rul
 e. Troi&rsquo\;s research led to a publishing thesis: &ldquo\;Are Tribal C
 ourts equipped with the knowledge and resources to handle MMIW cases of no
 n-Native perpetrators?&rdquo\;. This thesis allowed Troi to interview Hono
 rary Pat Sekaquaptewa\, Justice of Hopi Appellate Court\, The Court of Ind
 ian Affairs Western Region Court\; Magistrate Marsha Harlan\, Prosecutor S
 tephanie Whisnan\, and Sophia Torres. Troi is the Project Artist of the Gu
