 some or all of the sun's light from falling on a particular path along ear
 th's surface. On Saturday\, October 14\, from about 8-11am\, an exciting p
 artial annular solar eclipse will occur that will be partly visible here i
 n the Inland Northwest. Kids will learn about the eclipse and how to safel
 y observe it.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>This program is intended for ages 5-8 with an
  adult\, or for ages 9 and up without an adult. Caregivers are asked to st
 ay to assist with youth who may need help.</p>\n<p>By attending library pr
 ograms\, you are agreeing to potentially appear in photos/videos taken at 
 our locations that may be used in promotional materials including social m
