Solar eclipses occur when the moon blocks some or all of the sun's light from falling on a particular path along ear th's surface. On Saturday\, October 14\, from about 8-11am\, an exciting p artial annular solar eclipse will occur that will be partly visible here i n the Inland Northwest. Kids will learn about the eclipse and how to safel y observe it. \;

This program is intended for ages 5-8 with an adult\, or for ages 9 and up without an adult. Caregivers are asked to st ay to assist with youth who may need help.
