Solar eclipses occur when the moon blocks some or all of the sun's light from falling on a particular path along ear th's surface. On Saturday\, October 14 from about 8-11am\, an exciting par tial annular solar eclipse will occur that will be partly visible here in the Inland Northwest. \;
