The "Memory Café\;" is a social gath ering for individuals living with dementia and their care partners. It's a place to have fun\, share experiences and stay socially connected. This m onth\, we're celebrating winter comfort with our theme of "Cookies and Poe try." \;If you wish\, you may bring a favorite poem to share. We'll en joy connections made through music\, movement\, crafts and conversation. L ight refreshments served.

The program is not a form of respite car e or a support group. Each participant experiencing dementia must be accom panied by a personal care partner during the program. Care partners are ex pected to participate.
