 ly Ellington Competition &amp\; Festival (Outstanding Soloist award)\, and
  ClarinetFest. In 2021 and 2023\, he was selected as a winner of the MDSO&
 rsquo\;s Concerto/Aria Competition. Victor also studies music composition 
 at Millikin and has written and arranged music for the Millikin Symphonic 
 Wind Ensemble\, Jazz Combo B\, percussion ensembles\, clari- net ensembles
 \, solo piano\, and other chamber groups.</p>\n<p>The Hollis Prize Winner&
 rsquo\;s Recital made possible through the generosity of MU's alumnus\, Dr
