 e. But what exactly are war crimes? Opinions of what constitutes a war cri
 me have evolved\, as have ways to identify and punish the perpetrators. Ho
 w will the war crimes committed in Ukraine be dealt with</p>\n<p><strong>M
 egan Mattimoe</strong>&nbsp\;has studied and worked on human rights and pu
 blic international law issues for over 14 years.</p>\n<p>She founded Advoc
 ating Opportunity (AO)\, a program based in Toledo with offices in Columbu
 s and Nashville\, Tenn.\, that is dedicated to advising and protecting tra
 fficked and exploited persons. Founded in 2011\, AO was the first organiza
 tion in Ohio to provide holistic\, comprehensive\, trauma-responsive legal
  services to all trafficked and exploited persons.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>She has 
 over 13 years of experience as an attorney in litigation at the trial and 
 appellate levels and over 12 years of experience working with the Federal 
 Bureau of Investigation's Innocence Lost Task Force in Northwest Ohio.</p>
