They advocate for Ind igenous cultures and heritage through education\, activism\, and grassroot s organizing. On behalf of the Committee of 500 Years of Dignity and Resis tance\, Jessica Vallejo will discuss the impact of Cultural Invisibility o n the Indigenous community.

\nJessica \;Vallejo \;LMT CCM CST Doula and Licensed Massage Therapist is a wellness practitioner and birth keeper wh o offers traditional family support at Sacred Spaces 216\, a Cooperative W ellness Center in Cleveland\, Ohio. \;She has achieved a BA in Compara tive Ethnic Studies and American Studies from The Ohio State University.&n bsp\;Graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage and the Upledg er Institute\, as well as the International Cupping Therapy Association.&n bsp\;She is an alumni member of Alpha Psi Lambda\, Alpha Chapter- the firs t Co Ed Latino/a Fraternity in the United States\, founded in 1985 at the Ohio State University. \;Jessica \;is \;Dine\, Yoeme and Xican a. She currently serves as \;the Secretary for the Committee of 500 Ye ars of Dignity and Resistance\, a non profit as well as a Board Member wit h the Lake Erie Native American Council. \; \;Jessica \;also s erves the community in her professional role as the Events and Marketing C oordinator for the Sofia Quintero Arts and Cultural Center. \;
