 lend of musicians combining a tremendous range of repertoire and individua
 l experience in wind performance. Members of the BSQ have performed with t
 he Boston Pops and Boston Symphony Orchestra and leading Broadway theaters
  throughout New England.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>This concert will feature favorite
 s from Broadway and the movies\, including West Side Story\, Cabaret\, and
  Mary Poppins.</p>\n<p><strong>Jim Repa</strong> is a saxophonist\, flutis
 t\, composer\, and teacher living in the Boston area.&nbsp\; He is an alum
 nus of the Berklee College of Music where he studied jazz composition. &nb
 sp\; Jim has recorded with several jazz and world music groups\, and produ
 ced a CD of his original compositions and arrangements with his own &ldquo
 \;Destinations&rdquo\; ensemble. As a leader and sideman\, he has performe
 d in numerous venues around New England and the Midwest\, as well as Paris
 \, France\; Cape Town\, South Africa\; and Ojai\, California. Jim has been
  a jazz clinician and presenter at several jazz conferences and workshops\
 , including workshops in New Orleans\, Louisiana\; Ojai\, California\; and
  Cape Town\, South Africa. A prolific composer and arranger\, Jim&rsquo\;s
  works have been performed by numerous professional and student ensembles.
  Most recently\, one of his compositions was performed by the Jazz Flute B
 ig Band at the 2021 virtual National Flute Association conference.</p>\n<p
 ><strong>Lou Stamas</strong>\,&nbsp\;alto sax\,&nbsp\;is an active freelan
 ce performer\, teacher&nbsp\;and clinician. A former public school band di
 rector for twenty years\, he has performed with the Boston Pops\, the Cape
  Symphony\, the Artie Shaw\, Harry James\, Jimmy Dorsey\, Guy Lombardo and
  Hal McIntyre Orchestras\, the Capitol Jazz Orchestra\, John Pizzarelli an
 d Johnny Mathis. He regularly performs with several Greater Boston big ban
 ds\, pit orchestras and concert/wind bands. Lou has been an adjudicator/cl
 inician for the Massachusetts Music Educators Association and the Massachu
 setts Instrumental Conductors Association for the past thirty years. He is
  currently on the faculty of the Instrumental Music School of Concord-Carl
 isle.</p>\n<p><strong>Peter Cokkinias</strong>\, sharing a dual performing
  career as an instrumentalist and conductor (and music educator\,)&nbsp\;h
 as conducted the Boston Ballet\,&nbsp\;Boston Pops\, Springfield Symphony 
 (MA)\, and the Atlantic Sinfonietta (NY).&nbsp\;He has performed with the 
 Boston Lyric Opera\, Boston Ballet\, and Cincinnati\, Hartford\, Pittsburg
 h\, and Boston Symphony Orchestras. Since 1979-2021\, Dr. Cokkinias had be
 en Music Director/Conductor of the Metrowest Symphony Orchestra (MA)\, for
 mer Professor at Berklee College of Music\, Boston Conservatory\, Tufts Un
 iversity\, and a woodwind specialist (&ldquo\;doubler&rdquo\;) at the Nort
 h Shore Music Theater - Beverly (MA)\; Opera House\, Colonial and Wang The
 aters - Boston (MA)\;&nbsp\; Providence Performing Arts Center- Providence
  (RI).&nbsp\;Dr. Cokkinias is also the contact for the Boston Saxophone Qu
 artet.</p>\n<p><strong>Robert Chadwick</strong> is a retired music educato
 r\, having taught the majority of his career as instrumental music instruc
 tor in the Auburn\, MA public schools. He holds a Master of Music degree i
 n Bassoon Performance from UMass Lowell. In addition to teaching\, Bob has
  played principal Bassoon for the Thayer Symphony Orchestra since 1980 and
  been busy playing bassoon and doubling woodwinds for countless musical pi
 t orchestras\, free lance orchestras\, and jazz ensembles. He has performe
 d with a wide variety of notable artists\, including Andrea Boccelli\, Are
 tha Franklin\, a broadway tour of "A Chorus Line&rdquo\;\, and Ringling Br
 others Barnum and Bailey Circus. He currently adjudicates district and all
  state festivals and has served as an adjudicator/clinician for Great East
  Festivals. In addition to his musical activities\, Bob is an avid sailor 
 and operates a woodwind repair shop out of his home.</p>\n<p>The Sunday Co
 ncert Series is sponsored by the&nbsp\;<a href="mhlfriends.org">Friends of
  Memorial Hall Library</a>.</p>\n<p>The Sunday Concert Series is funded in
