 &nbsp\;Chairs will be provided\, but bring your own meditation cushion or 
 bench if you prefer to sit on the ground. Please give yourself time to set
 tle on arrival.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>You are welcome to attend either a
  single or multiple sessions.</p>\n<p style="text-align: left\;"><strong>P
 lease register for each week you would like to attend at least 1 day befor
