  you can make your own to play with! Come to the Olney Library for a fun-f
 illed afternoon where you learn to make your own fake snow from just a cou
 ple household ingredients. Then you can create your own winter wonderland 
 in a wintry diorama.</p>\n<p><em><strong>Registration is required for each
  participant.</strong></em></p>\n<p>This is a hands-on activity that can g
 et a little messy! All supplies provided. Program is designed for children
  ages 6 and above.</p>\n<p>Generously sponsored by the Friends of the Libr
 ary\, Montgomery County.</p>\n<p>Library Program Attendance (both virtual 
 and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age ran
 ge of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 m
 ust be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for ch
