 SU Hazel C. Youngberg Trustees Distinguished Professor\, and Naomi Brenner
 \, OSU Associate Professor will co-facilitate the book discussion.&nbsp\;<
 /p>\n<p>Bexley Public Library has been selected as a participating library
  for the Yiddish Book Center's "Stories of Exile" Reading Groups for Publi
 c Libraries for 2023. The last book for discussion in our year-long series
  is<em> Beloved</em> by Toni Morrison.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>Registration
  is required\; those who are registered for the reading group will receive
  a copy of&nbsp\;<em>Beloved</em> to read and return to the library after 
 the book discussion.</strong></p>\n<p><br /><span style="text-decoration: 
 underline\;">About the reading group:</span></p>\n<p>The Yiddish Book Cent
 er&rsquo\;s &ldquo\;Stories of Exile&rdquo\; Reading Groups for Public Lib
 raries is a reading and discussion program to engage teens and adults in t
 hinking about experiences of displacement\, migration\, and diaspora. In t
 his program\, librarians organize reading groups to discuss three books of
  Yiddish literature in translation\, and one book related to the experienc
 e of a community served by their library. The Yiddish Book Center&rsquo\;s
  &ldquo\;Stories of Exile&rdquo\; Reading Groups for Public Libraries is m
 ade possible by a gift from Sharon Karmazin.</p>\n<p>About the Facilitator
 s:</p>\n<p><strong>Simone C Drake</strong>\, PhD\, MSL\, is the Hazel C. Y
 oungberg Trustees Distinguished Professor in the OSU Department of English
 . She is a faculty affiliate at the Moritz College of Law\, the Kirwan Ins
 titute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity\, the Department of African Ame
 rican and African Studies and the Department of Women&rsquo\;s\, Gender\, 
 and Sexuality Studies.</p>\n<p><strong> Naomi Brenner</strong>\, Associate
  Professor in the College of Arts and Sciences\, Melton Center for Jewish
