  in partnership with Capital University Conservatory. Alla's unique musica

 e human spirit during the challenges of wartime.</p>\n<p><strong>Alla&nbsp
 \;Zagaykevych</strong>&nbsp\;is a&nbsp\;Ukrainian&nbsp\;composer\, perform
 ance artist\, published musicologist\, and curator of electroacoustic musi
 c projects. After graduating from Kyiv National Music Academy of Ukraine\,
  she has been teaching at the Composition Department of the Kyiv National 
 Music Academy of Ukraine\, where she founded the Electronic Music Studio. 
 She is the Composer-in-Residence of the 2024 NOW MUSIC Festival at Capital
  University.</p>\n<p><strong>Christopher Purdy</strong> is Classical 101's
  early morning host\, 7-10 a.m. weekdays. He is host and producer of Front
  Row Center &ndash\; Classical 101&rsquo\;s weekly celebration of Opera an
 d more &ndash\; as well as Music in Mid-Ohio\, Concerts at Ohio State\, an
 d the Columbus Symphony broadcast series. He is the regular pre-concert sp
 eaker for Columbus Symphony performances in the Ohio Theater.</p>\n<p><str
 ong>The NOW Festival&nbsp\;</strong>@ Capital University is a celebration 
 of contemporary music&mdash\;primarily the 20th- and 21st-century art musi
 c styles\, but also including progressive jazz and popular musics. The fes
 tival has one simple\, yet extremely important mission: to expose the Cent
 ral Ohio community to international\, national\, and regional living compo
 sers and their music. The annual festival is one of the most comprehensive
  and diversified celebrations of contemporary music and its composers pres
 ented in the Midwest.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>If you would like to receive
