  will share how to use and access the grants database Foundation Directory

 rkshop. It is highly recommended to attend both sessions to get the most o
 ut of the workshop.</p>\n<p>Philip D. Atkins\, PhDm LICDC\, OCPSII has mor
 e than 20 years of experience writing grants\, funding applications\, and 
 proposals.&nbsp\;He has an PhD in Human Services Administration from Capel
 la University and is a graduate of the Mental Health Executive Leadership 
 at Case Western Reserve University. He has authored more than $25 million
