 many styles and features of Bexley&rsquo\;s architecture\, and a&nbsp\;wal
 k through of the design process and new design guidelines approved by City
  Council in January\, 2023. Design consultant Karen Bokor and architect Wi
 lliam Heyer will provide an update on the approved changes and how they wi
 ll affect future design projects in Bexley.<br />&nbsp\;<br />Presenter Bi
 os:<br /><strong>Karen Bokor</strong> has been the Design Consultant for t
 he City of Bexley since 2001. &nbsp\;Prior to doing design review for seve
 ral historic neighborhoods and municipalities\, she was the Master Plan Co
 ordinator for The Ohio State University. &nbsp\;She has a Bachelor of Scie
 nce and a Master of Architecture from The Ohio State University and is NCA
 RB&nbsp\;affiliated.&nbsp\;<br />&nbsp\;<br /><strong>William Heyer</stron
 g>&nbsp\;is an architect based in Bexley and has been involved with severa
 l commissions for the City of Bexley for over fifteen years including the 
 Land Use Strategy Commission\, the Main Street Guidelines II Commission\, 
 the Zoning Re-write Commission\, and the Historic Preservation Working Gro
 up.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;His expertise in traditional and contemporary architectur
 e has brought a diligent balance to the development of Bexley. He continue
 s to provide skills and guidance for the Architecture Review Board and was
  instrumental in the development of the Design Guidelines.&nbsp\;His&nbsp\
 ;Bachelor of Architecture&nbsp\;degree&nbsp\;is&nbsp\;from Pratt Institute
 &nbsp\;in New York&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;his&nbsp\;Master of Architecture&nbsp\;
 degree is&nbsp\;from the University of North Dame.</p>\n<p><strong>If you
