DESCRIPTION:Join photographer Brennen Nicole as you take a casual stroll t
 o Downtown Square to take photos of the holiday lights using long exposure

 rticipants will work with local photographer&nbsp\;Brennen Nicole&nbsp\;to
  learn long exposure photography techniques using digital SLR cameras. Thi
 s workshop will cover topics including:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>the exposure triang
 le</li>\n<li>how to shoot and focus in low light</li>\n<li>composition</li
 >\n<li>wide angle distortion tricks</li>\n<li>Brennen will also introduce 
 participants to advanced Photoshop compositing for those who want to eleva
 te their editing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Participants will need to bring 
 their own DSLR or mirrorless camera\, lens and tripod.&nbsp\;</strong>The 
 library can supply a few cameras on a first-come-first-served basis.&nbsp\
 ;</p>\n<p>About the presenter</p>\n<p>Brennen was born on Earth Day and ra
 ised in Northwest Arkansas\, graduating from Farmington High School in 200
 3. She then attended&nbsp\;UCA&nbsp\;for Graphic Design and Photography wi
 th a minor in marketing. Once Brennen graduated in 2008 she began working 
 in the construction industry. After almost 2 decades of being in high pace
 d environments\, she decided to pursue her passion of photography and mix 
 it with her love for the outdoors. She&nbsp\;has had the privilege of visi
 ting some of the most breathtaking locations and through her photographs\,
  she aims to inspire others to appreciate and conserve the natural wonders
  that surround us. She also believes that education and hands-on learning 
 experiences are invaluable in nurturing creativity and enhancing technical
  skills\, which is why she has dedicated herself to teaching photo worksho
 ps. She&nbsp\;also recently became an Ambassador in 2021 for&nbsp\;Arkansa
 s Tourism&nbsp\;and loves showing off what our state has to offer. Besides
  exploring Arkansas\, she enjoys exploring hidden nooks and crannies of ou
 r diverse country while documenting the night skies along the way as well.
