  should be submitted to the Circulation Desk anytime before Thursday\, Nov
 ember 30 at 9 p.m. Please include preferred name\, age\, phone and address
  along with gingerbread house at drop off.</p>\n<p>Westlake Porter Public 
 Library reserves the right to refuse any entry deemed inappropriate for di
 splay.&nbsp\;</p>\n<h4>Guidelines:&nbsp\;</h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Size:</s
 trong> Each gingerbread house must be on a base that does not exceed 12 in
 ches in width\, 12 inches in depth\, and 18 inches in height. The base nee
 ds to be covered with foil or decorated to compliment the gingerbread scen
 e. This size limitation is to ensure that the houses fit well within our d
 esignated display area.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</li>\n<li><strong>Materials:</strong
 >&nbsp\;Gingerbread houses should be constructed primarily from edible mat
 erials. Traditional gingerbread\, royal icing\, candies\, and edible decor
 ations are encouraged. While non-edible support structures are acceptable 
 for stability purposes\, they should be discreet and not visible on the fi
 nished gingerbread house.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Pick Up:</h4>\n<p>All gingerbre
 ad houses should be picked up between January 2 and 4. Any gingerbread hou
 ses not picked up by these times will be discarded. Special arrangements c
