\nNa&rsquo\;Tosha De&rsquo\;Von is an MFA actor from the Un iversity of Arkansas and published poet who holds a Bachelor's degree in S peech Communication &\; Theatre from Jackson State University. She is o riginally from Chicago\, IL and was raised in Mississippi. She believes th e purpose of her art is to expose and heal. One cannot heal the parts that are broken if they do not see them. The exposure\, while brutal\, is a ne cessary madness. She would like to think the first words she ever spoke we re in the form of a metaphor. With that\, she acknowledges the power of wo rds. Her love for language has allowed her to develop poetry and take on t he nuances of characters as an actor. She has spent her acting career focu sing on Classical and Non-classical texts.
