 lores the benefits of dancing for keeping healthy and active this winter. 
 Find out how dance therapy is used to help treat and manage various moveme
 nt disorders and conditions\, such as Parkinson's. Try out a few new dance
  moves with Anne and discover where you can join fantastic free or low-cos
 t dance-based programs in the community. Then spend the rest of the hour e
 njoying a healthy&nbsp\;walk&nbsp\;and fun conversation.&nbsp\;</span></p>
 \n<p><span style="color: #000000\;">Please arrive 10 minutes before the wa
 lk. We meet in Centennial Hall at Central Branch for the talk\, and then m
 ove outdoors to the C</span>entral Park Rose Garden\, just opposite the so
 uth entrance\, facing New Street.</p>\n<p>We encourage all levels of walki
 ng ability to participate in this event&mdash\;whether you complete the en
 tire walk or join us for part of the journey. Walking devices\, mobility a
 ids\, and walking companions are welcome.&nbsp\;All participants must sign
  a waiver\, which will be provided at the start of the walk.&nbsp\;</p>\n<
