 quo\;ll write and illustrate your&nbsp\;own graphic novel page\, using all
  the conventions of graphic novel&nbsp\;storytelling: narration\, dialogue
 \, character design\, dynamic page&nbsp\;layouts and cinematic techniques.
  Refine rough pencil drawings into&nbsp\;finished art with pen and ink and
  watercolor pencils. Registration&nbsp\;and attendance to all sessions are
  required.</p>\n<p>Space is limited to 15 participants ages 10&ndash\;15. 
 Supplies will be&nbsp\;provided. If any participant is registered and cann
 ot attend\,<br />please cancel the registration so that&nbsp\;other indivi
 duals in the waiting list can&nbsp\;participate.</p>\n<p>These classes are
  funded in&nbsp\;part by a Wheaton Cultural Project Grant&nbsp\;from the A
 rts and Humanities Council of&nbsp\;Montgomery County.</p>\n<p>Questions a
