  storytime event featuring Aarron Loggins. He combines storytelling and Am
 erican Sign Language (ASL)\, using his hands and body to tell his stories.
 </p>\n<p>Loggins is an advocate and activist for the deaf and hard-of-hear
 ing community\, and he has won recognition for his acting and storytelling
  skills.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>This program is generously funded by the Friends o
 f the Library\, Montgomery County.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Library Program Attendan
 ce (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the 
 suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program und
 er the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a progra
