 &nbsp\;Practical Method does not resemble the common styles of Taijiquan a
 nd is a highly conceptual and physics-based teaching that is unique to the
 ir school. Blake teaches the &ldquo\;Yilu&rdquo\; or 81 move first frame a
 nd its accompanying foundational exercises\, plus qigong warmups and conce
 ptual imagery.</p>\n<p>Participants should wear comfortable clothing and p
 referably flat soled sneakers. Bring a notebook and pen. No prior experien
