 , population densities\, the importance of hunting as a management tool\, 
 why bear are managed at social carrying capacity\, and the importance of o

 ng>Presented by Dan Bailey:</strong></p>\n<p>Dan Bailey has worked for the
  New Hampshire Fish and Game Department for 5 years\, currently serving as
  the Department&rsquo\;s Bear Biologist. Dan&rsquo\;s main duties include 
 leading New Hampshire&rsquo\;s bear project through sound management pract
 ices while also working with a variety of constituencies around the state 
 to help promote coexistence with bears. Dan previously served as the Depar
 tment&rsquo\;s Wildlife Damage Biologist\, with a major focus on human wil
 dlife conflict avoidance and wildlife damage mitigation.</p>\n<hr />\n<p>T
