 Jeremy adopts the persona of Poor form\, a being reflecting on its past li
 ves and horrific ends while its new and old identities vie for control. Wh
 o or what will be on stage by the end of the performance?</p>\n<p><br /><s
 trong>Ava Kostia</strong> will screen her film SUGARHIGH. Inspired by Delu
 sion Angel\, written by David Jewell\, the film began as a collaboration f
 or live performance between musician St. Moan and dancers/choreographers S
 ophia Heiner and Tori Meyer\, later working with Matthew Heckmann (music p
 roduction/cello/backing vocals)\, Nora Lang (camera/lighting)\, and Katie 
 Roche (camera/lighting). Ava Kostia\, known by her musician moniker St. Mo
 an\, is a singer-songwriter\, actor\, director\, and multimedia artist. Si
 nce earning her degree in acting from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland\
 , Ava has performed and directed for stage and screen productions across t
 he U.S. and United Kingdom. St. Moan&rsquo\;s music is available online\, 
 as well as her collaborative musical projects BANSHEE TWIN and Roberta. In

 com</a></p>\n<p><br /><em>Elytra</em> is a solo dance-work conceptualized\
 , choreographed\, costumed and performed by <strong>Melissa Younker</stron
 g> with original music by Insurgent Beat Machine. Corseted in a plastic ex
 oskeleton\, this introspective and improvisational process delves into wit
 nessed transformations. &ldquo\;The configurations between body and object
  inspire unique predicaments that dissect ideas of power and provoke an un
 abashed crave for change&rdquo\;. Melissa Younker (she/her) is a Salt Lake
  City based artist with a multifaceted dedication to dance. Her experiment
 al approach combines her multi-disciplinary experiences to create solo\, e
 nsemble\, site-specific\, video\, and theatrical performances. Melissa's d
 ance-work Elytra premiered as a 4 hour durational performance in Albeit Li
 minal (April 2023) and will be shown for the first time as an adapted 12 m
 inute solo.</p>\n<p><br />12 Minutes Max is a curated monthly performance 
 series featuring experimental short works by local artists in many differe
 nt disciplines\, including dance\, music\, film\, and more. Each piece is 
 followed by a Q&amp\;A with the artist. 12MM is modeled after the program 
 originated by On the Boards in Seattle.</p>\n<p>This event happens on the
