 mmy) Hilton has been volunteering since 2006 as a meditation and Integral 
 Tai Chi instructor at various MC recreation centers.&nbsp\; She received t
 he Recognition and Appreciation Certificate from the Montgomery County Exe
 cutive in 2017\, and the State of Maryland Governor&rsquo\;s Citation in 2
