 ty Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) students receive a free backpack of 8 
 new books to start their love of reading and build their home libraries. B
 ackpacks are available at all library branches for any 4-year-old child wh
 o didn&rsquo\;t receive one\, while supplies last.</p>\n<p>This event is s
 ponsored by the Winn-Dixie and Harveys Gives Foundations in support of the
  JaxKids Book Club and in collaboration with the Library Foundation of Jac
