Catherine Mangan is a certified Forest The rapy Guide through The Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs (ANFT). In Forest Therapy\, people are guided through a clearly defined sequence of invitations to slow down\, allow the senses to open\, and experience the environment to deepen the reciprocal relationship betwe en participants and the forest.

This presentation will outline wha t to expect on a forest therapy walk. Participants will have the opportuni ty to request a space for one of two forest therapy walks\, on Jun e 1 or June 29\, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Bradley Woods Reservation on Bradley Road. Spaces are limited for each walk. Not everyone who attends is guaranteed a space on the walk. No pets are allowed on the walks.
