 ut the significance of exercise for cardiovascular health. Jessica Lammers
 \, a physiotherapist from the Burlington Family Health Team\, discusses th
 e advantages of exercise\, various beneficial exercises\, and how to creat
 e a heart-healthy exercise plan. After the presentation\, spend the rest o
 f the hour enjoying a healthy walk.</p>\n<p>Please arrive 10 minutes befor
 e the walk. Meet us in Centennial Hall in the library. We will then move t
 o the outdoor space at the Central Park Rose Garden\, just opposite the so
 uth entrance\, facing New Street.</p>\n<p>Walking is a wonderful form of p
 hysical activity and we encourage all levels of walking ability to partici
 pate in this event - whether you complete the entire walk or join us for p
 art of the journey!&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Walking devices\, mobility aids\, and wal
 king companions are welcome. All participants must sign a waiver\, which w
 ill be provided at the start of the walk.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Presented in part
