 Yoga can help ease back pain\, increase flexibility\, and gain strength.&n

 leep. You don't have to bend like a pretzel to do yoga. If you can breathe
 \, you can do yoga. Give it a try!</p>\n<p>Renee is a graduate of the Vete
 rans Yoga Project Mindful Resilience yoga teacher training. Yoga was not &
 ldquo\;love at first sight\,&rdquo\; so she has a diverse background. She 
 enjoys meeting people &ldquo\;where they&rsquo\;re at\,&rdquo\; recognizin
 g we&rsquo\;re all different in physicality and experience.&nbsp\; Yoga he
 lped Renee find greater acceptance of self. She is engaging and enjoys hel
 ping students feel empowered. Renee is a Marine Corps veteran\, artist\, a
 nd an animal foster-mom. Her favorite place to relax is the Little Spokane
  River.</p>\n<p>By attending library programs\, you are agreeing to potent
