This group offer s space to process the questions that have come as a result of these chang es\, and will help find unique ways to honor what you've lost while discov ering what a meaningful\, hopeful future can look like. \;

Old er adults and seniors ages 50 and better are welcome to participate. This group is a 6-week curriculum run by the Highland Park Senior Center. Atten dees must agree to attend all six sessions of the group. \;
