 ><strong>General</strong><br />â— Federal and State return(s) for 202
 0 and 2021. Tax-Aide can prepare and amend returns for 2022\, 2021 &amp\; 
 2019<br />â— Social Security cards for yourself and every individual 
 on your return<br />â— Photo I.D. required for all taxpayers.<br />â
 — Void check or documentation of bank routing number and account numbe
 r if you want to direct deposit any refund(s)into your bank account.<br />
 â— All letters or other documentation received from IRS concerning yo
 ur 2020 tax return\, issuance of an IRS Identity Protection PIN\, or any o
 ther correspondence.</p>\n<p><strong>Income</strong><br />â— W-2 from
  each employer<br />â— Unemployment compensation statements<br />â
 — SSA-1099 Form showing the total Social Security benefits paid to you
